This place suits me perfectly! The free Wi-Fi in public areas, cozy bar, and friendly staff make my stay enjoyable. I still remember how they helped me find a lost item on my first visit. Highly recommend for relaxation!

We had an unforgettable time exploring Torres del Paine! The staff was really supportive, helping us choose the perfect excursions, like the hike to Base Torres, which was breathtaking. The picturesque location and stunning views made our family trip memorable. Plus, the chef impressed us with delicious meals each evening.
In my wife’s opinion, the cabin's lack of amenities like a kettle for coffee minus the extra charge was disappointing. It would be great if they added more fun activities for families with kids.

stunning views but some maintenance needed
The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking and the highlight of our stay. The family atmosphere made us feel welcomed. Dinners were excellent,, showcasing the chefs' talent in both flavor and presentation.
Some areas of the hotel could benefit from better maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

We had such a great time, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast and the relaxing atmosphere by the outdoor fire pit. The gardens were a perfect spot to unwind after our hikes, and we loved spending evenings in the cozy lounge area. Just a heads up, it would’ve been nice to have some glasses in the room for water, but overall, we’d definitely recommend this place! 🌟

The hotel's communal areas were welcoming and accessible, making it easy for seniors like me to enjoy the breathtaking views with comfortable seating and a cozy atmosphere, ensuring we felt right at home in Patagonia.
More seating arrangements for dining would be helpful.

Consider bringing your own wastebasket for the bathroom, as the current size is insufficient for toilet paper disposal.

Spectacular views of the Hornos mountains when the weather permits.
Limited Wi-Fi access only in the main building made planning difficult from the room.

A Beautiful Stay with Mixed Feelings
We enjoyed two nights soaking in the stunning views and atmosphere. Renting a 4x4 was essential for exploring the park. A memorable dinner buffet featuring local cuisine left us feeling satisfied. Just remember to bring cash for unexpected park expenses!

Staying at Del Paine was a feast for the eyes. The views of the mountains were breathtaking, right from my room. The gardens were lovely, creating a nice atmosphere to relax in. Breakfast each morning offered good options, like pastries and fresh fruit. The cleanliness of the room stood out too. However, the wifi didn’t reach the rooms, forcing me to go to the lobby for a reliable connection. The shower temperature fluctuated often, which was quite annoying during my shower. Although the food was decent, the dinner menu felt limited for the price. Also, the bar was a bit pricey for a casual drink. A kettle for coffee in the room would have been appreciated, especially for the price range. All in all, some minor improvements would elevate the overall experience, especially considering how beautiful the location is.
